By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or send us an enquiry.

Vive! French offers recorded and live courses built around French music, television and speaking practice, together with access to La Communauté Vive!, our private community on Mighty Networks. Enquiries are reviewed in person and we may decline one when we do not believe a course is the right fit.

The price, billing schedule and cancellation terms for each course are shown clearly before you pay. Recorded courses and community membership continue until you cancel or your term ends; live courses run for the number of weeks stated. If we cancel a live session, we refund or make up the unused part.

The community works because members feel safe practising. Do not share another member's details, recordings or messages outside the community, do not use it to sell to other members, and treat every member with respect. We may remove someone who breaks these rules.

Our course materials, recordings and playbooks are for your own personal learning and remain ours — please don't share or resell them. Anything you post or share stays yours; you give us permission to display it inside the community so other members can learn from it.

We teach French through music, television and guided speaking practice, and everyone progresses at their own pace. We do not promise a particular level, fluency or outcome, and our courses are not a certification or accreditation.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site, our courses or the community. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can leave at any time. We can also end your access if you break these terms or if a course or the community is closed, in which case we refund the unused part of anything you have paid for.
